It depends, she may just have taken a bubble bath and now she is being honest with you. Or she wants to turn you on/flirt. Is this the first time she has said anything along those lines? If you were to ask her other slightly provacative questions would she still go along with it? How does she act towards you when you guys are face to face, or around other people. You have to take into account how she treats you at all times, not just this one particulary message.
